Adjacent to a barn converted into an indoor swimming pool, the former manor house has been completely redesigned to accommodate a series of charming suites. Typical of the Aubrac region, the building has been reimagined to combine the authenticity of its historic volumes with the contemporary comfort expected by today’s guests.
Each suite offers a unique atmosphere, crafted through the careful selection of materials, colors, furniture, and lighting. Historic features – stone walls, exposed beams, traditional joinery – are brought into dialogue with bespoke elements designed to enhance every corner and create an intimate, refined experience.
The project follows a philosophy of respect for heritage: local materials were prioritized, and meticulous attention was given to detail, making each room distinctive. The guesthouse emerges as a reinterpreted house of character, where comfort, elegance, and a strong sense of place meet.
